Welcome!
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the Seattle area. I work with individuals coping with anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, and caregiver stress.
I work with those seeking to better understand their motivations, thoughts and feelings and to identify places where they may be feeling stuck. We work together to develop a therapeutic relationship allowing you to explore the challenges coming up in your emotional life and to assist you in developing strategies and insights to support emotion regulation.
My style in sessions is warm and collaborative. I provide a space for you to reflect in a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment. The therapy frameworks I turn to most often include psychodynamic, existential and mindfulness approaches. I have a strong interest in understanding how your experiences over time inform now.
Finding a therapist is a process in itself and sometimes a challenge. I hope you are able to find a good fit. If my information here seems like it could be a match please reach out and we can discuss working together.
