I provide the non-judgmental, trusting environment necessary to explore vulnerabilities & foster healing. I have had success working with clients of all ages (6-94) & from various backgrounds. I've had psychoanalytic training & am also well-versed in cognitive, relational, mindfulness & transpersonal methods. This knowledge allows me to use an eclectic style of treatment in which I combine techniques from different therapeutic modalities to help my clients.
Whether you are looking to repair relationships, gain support through difficult transitions, heal from traumatic experiences, or benefit from life coaching, spiritual guidance or career counseling, my varied background & experience enable me to implement the approach that best suits each individual client for the most effective results.
