I have specialized training in using EMDR to treat trauma and anxiety, as well as counseling children using play therapy. I am also experienced in and enjoy working with adolescents, teens, college students, and adults. I use a variety of modalities to help clients meet their therapeutic goals.
I believe that when I am working with children and adolescents, including parents and family in the therapeutic process leads to greater benefits. I prefer to make therapy a collaboration with all of my clients, offering support and consultation throughout the therapeutic process.
