I specialize in trauma, grief, the LGBTQIA+ population and life transitions. In my work, my aim is always to empower and support each person as they explore their history, patterns and beliefs in session. Though we will absolutely do the important work of processing and healing, I also like to bring humor into session to help relieve the "heavy stuff."
