There are times in our life when difficulties lead to thoughts and feelings within us that we are uncomfortable with. My focus includes professional counseling for marriages, relationships, single and co-parenting issues, trauma recovery, family conflict, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, codependency, addiction/recovery, and co-occurring disorders.
