Life coaching specialty areas: 1) military service members with TBI and psychological diagnoses, and 2) supporting people in putting type II diabetes into remission so they can get off medications and live healthy lives.
As an experienced life coach with a background in occupational therapy and 10+ years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the rhythms of daily life and how to make changes in a way that is sustainable and also honors your wellness needs as a whole person. While life coaching is not therapy, your emotions, as well as day to day issues, are welcome.
I accept you as you are. I believe in your ability to discover your own answers, and I am excited to be the person who supports you as you explore to uncover what's best for you. True Story Diabetes
Calling all people with pre/diabetes who are confused, overwhelmed, tired of medications, and fed up with falling off the wagon with lifestyle changes. Together, we will get clear on reliable information sources to educate yourself and be an informed patient, how to reverse your diabetes without medications, confidently discuss diabetes with your doctor, normalize glucose and A1c, reverse life-disrupting symptoms, and live without fear of long term health problems. We will talk about diabetes-related topics, support behavior changes, and welcome any emotions that show up. Diabetes is hard; it's easier with support. Group meets virtually.
