I am passionate about working with adults and teens who may struggle with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, specific phobias, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, life transitions, self-harm, dissociation, and mood and personality disorders. I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and I specialize in trauma work with training in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I currently have openings for clients in Florida or Maryland.
I bring my warm personality, and at times a little humor, to the forefront in order to foster a comfortable space for clients to express themselves fully. I always work collaboratively with my clients towards gaining new insights on how to live a more fulfilling life and tailor goals to fit each client's unique needs.
My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
