As a licensed professional counselor, I have noticed that most clients want to use the therapeutic space to work through what is happening in their relationships.

My therapy style is based on being human and needing support and guidance throughout our lives. I have focuses in strengths based counseling, family systems therapy, solution focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Some of my areas of healing are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, identity, and life changes.
