Hi, my name is Jennie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My therapy style is based on us all being human and needing support and guidance throughout our lives. I decided to go into the counseling field because I believe that every person deserves to have care in their life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults.
My orientation is humanistic, existential and person centered. I have focuses in strengths based counseling, Gestalt therapy, internal family systems therapy, solution focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Some of my areas of healing are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, identity, trauma, emotional regulation and substance use.
