About
Life's challenges can be difficult to navigate on your own. Whether you are affected by current or past traumatic events, relationship issues, feeling stuck, lost, anxious, depressed, or just seeking to further your personal growth, talking with someone who can act as a mirror can help. Therapy is not only a valuable tool to support you through the hardest times -- counseling can also help you identify your strengths and tap into inner wisdom for lasting, organic healing in all phases of life! Our sessions will be tailored to your needs, and can adapt as your goals evolve.
I draw from my training in somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (aka parts work), and my holistic roots as a teacher of yoga, meditation, and reiki to meet the whole you, from a place of compassion, honesty, and open-minded support.
Please visit the Connected Roots website to explore the many services offered by myself and our other clinicians. If you have additional questions or would like to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation with me, please call the number above or email to speak with intake coordinator, Eliot Andre. I look forward to the possibility of working with you!
