I have a passion for assisting people with Complex PTSD and trauma. I have personal and professional experience with healing trauma working with adults, youth and children for over twenty years. I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space where all parts of oneself are welcome, as we explore with compassion and curiosity, all aspects of yourself to empower the innate natural inner healing of the self within. I will guide you to a deeper level of understanding your unique parts as you gain a greater sense of clarity, curiosity, connection, calm, courage, compassion, creativity, and confidence. I am a certified Yoga teacher.
I specialize in working with diversity and people of all ages who have been impacted by trauma. I have a passion for working with the LGTBQ+ community as well as people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as parenting difficulties and challenges. I am a NHA Advanced Trainer, trained in CPP, CBT, IFS level 1 trained, Arc Grow and TF-CBT.
I am compassionate, warm, and caring. I understand the complexities of trauma and the impact on the mind and body. My personal healing journey, experiences working with others and extensive research have led me to a greater understanding of trauma, mental health and the development of tools and strategies to assist with healing.
