I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, current or past trauma(s), chronic stress, life transitions, medical trauma, grief (including anticipatory grief), and other losses. I also specialize in working with health care professionals and family caregivers who may be experiencing caregiver fatigue and burnout.
For more than 20 years, it has been my priority to build trusting, respectful, ethical, and confidential partnerships with clients. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to prioritize their mental health needs and are actively engage in their treatment plans.
