When life gets complicated, when we are overwhelmed and just need some guidance to navigate our day, when we need to feel more in control, to feel comfortable and safe, counseling is helpful. Every one of us could use someone to listen, an opportunity to speak freely and be supported.
I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient treatment, inpatient hospital, emergency room, and foster care. My extensive experience allows me to understand your situation, identify goals, and find solutions. I will provide empathy, compassion, and guidance along with research/evidence based therapy methods that are proven to help.
Office hours are Tuesdays 3:00pm-7:00pm, in Bonney Lake. I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. Payment will be collected at each session. You’ll be provided an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.
