Hi, I’m Jennie and I’ve helped adults cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, work and caregiver stress. Creative and high-capacity people often find their way to me (neurodiversity welcomed). Using an eclectic approach, authenticity and empathy mix with insight and evidence based methods such as acceptance and cognitive therapies (ACT and CBT). Together we discover how our thoughts interact with emotions and behaviors, and how to use strengths to overcome challenges and improve mental health.
