I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my work to help you to overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of your current functioning and emotional well-being while supporting you to achieve your personal goals and live the life that you desire.
I provide individual therapy and I have specialized training in working with children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. I also have specialized training in working with individuals of all ages who have a history of trauma, have PTSD, have anxiety, or who have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
