Right now life is uncertain as just a few weeks ago perhaps the stress you were experiencing was managed through activities that you once enjoyed. Now, those activities are no longer an option for the moment. Life can be unfair sometimes and we feel like we are not good enough no matter how hard we try. Does the image of the life you imagined for yourself not match the life you are currently living? Being strong and pretending that everything is okay has gotten you far in life. My specialties are helping clients who have learning disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am working on getting my certified as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS).
