I have a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and I have been licensed in Texas since 2008. I am a licensed psychologist and licensed professional counselor supervisor. I specialize in treating people across the lifespan (including children, teens and adults) with various issues, such as anger, behavior problems, and relational difficulties. Given my nearly 13 years of experience in the counseling field, I am comfortable utilizing an eclectic approach to treatment, based on the individual needs of the client. I am also licensed through the PsyPact which allows me to provide telehealth to many states in the U.S.

I work with individuals, couples, and families on a wide variety of issues. When working with children, I utilize play therapy to meet the specific therapy goals at the developmental level of each child. In the same way, I tailor therapy (ex. CBT, DBT, EMDR) for the teen and adult to fit the therapy goal and the personality of the individual.

I provide psychological evaluations to those experiencing difficulty in school, on the job, or to those needing diagnostic clarification to better identify treatment modalities that would be beneficial. I do prescriptive therapy which means I tailor each therapy plan to the clients symptoms, diagnosis, personal preferences, etc. During the first session we will collaborate together to formulate the best therapeutic plan for you.
