I balance my sessions with technical expertise, intuition, and a sense of humor.

I specialize in many advanced somatic and body-oriented therapeutic techniques that have been shown through research to help people overcome their life struggles with the most evidence of long-lasting success. I aim to treat the whole person (mind, body, spirit) with techniques such as IFS, EMDR, hypnotherapy, and/or mindfulness to meet my clients' needs.

For 20 years, I have helped many clients heal and grow after a loss, trauma, divorce, or life transition. I provide a safe, loving, and non-judgmental place. I work well with the LGBTQIA population & parents.
