My personal style is warm, conversational, and committed to understanding you as a whole person. When desired, I combine elements of traditional talk therapy with somatic (body-oriented) techniques that are highly effective for people who understand their behavior intellectually but continue to feel stuck, or have reached a plateau with talk therapy alone.
