Hello, I’m Jennie. I’m a wife of 22 years, mother of four, EMDR-trained therapist, and doctoral student in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with moms who feel like they’ve lost parts of themselves while caring for everyone else, adults navigating identity and faith shifts, and couples trying to find their way back to each other. Many of my clients are carrying grief they did not expect: kids growing up, marriages feeling distant, beliefs shifting, or realizing the ways they have survived no longer fit.
Sometimes the symptoms are not the whole story. Anxiety, numbness, resentment, and disconnection often make more sense when we look at the roles you have carried, the losses you have absorbed, and the parts of yourself that have had to go quiet.

Parenting Through Self-Harm Support Group
Parenting Through Self-Harm is a 6-week support group for parents navigating the fear, confusion, and overwhelm of a child’s self-harm. Parents will receive education, tools, and supportive connection to better understand self-harm, respond with steadiness, and support safety and communication at home. Meets Tuesdays, June 2–July 7, 2026. Fee: $125/session, 6-week commitment required. Pay in full for 10% off.
