I use EMDR, parts work, attachment-focused therapy, and relational tools to help you process what happened, reconnect with what has gone quiet, and practice new ways of responding.

This parent support group offers education, practical tools, and connection with other parents navigating similar challenges. Together, we will explore how to respond with more steadiness, support your teen’s emotional needs, and care for your own nervous system in the process. This group runs in 4-week cohorts, with new start dates added as interest allows. Facilitated by two therapists, this group combines clinical insight with honest conversation in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
