As an individual and couples therapist I've spent hours training in the most effective therapy modalities so I can help my clients make sense of what's happening and find real solutions.
I see through an attachment lens & have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples & Individuals. I'm also trained in Internal Family Systems (parts work) to facilitate work with trauma and addictive behaviors. I teach mindfulness as well to my clients. I love working with LGBTQ+ individuals & couples & I'm a safe person in that community.
