Much More Than Mom
Moms are extremely good at thinking about and supporting everyone around them. In that process sometimes mom themselves gets forgotten. The intent of this group is to carve out space where 1.5 hours per week each member has the opportunity to focus on themselves without distraction. Through the group process members will develop a deeper sense of self and feel more confident and grounded. This is accomplished through opportunities that foster reconnecting with lost parts of themselves, building awareness of their emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual experiences, and establishing connections with others who share similar experiences.

For some the choice to become a solo mother is made with ease but for others this decision can be a complex one. Whatever your experience in choosing this path, you will encounter many experiences, events, and emotions that may feel daunting to face on your own. The intent of this group is to help group members process their experience so that they can move through the journey of solo motherhood in alignment with their authentic selves.
