My job is to help people understand themselves more deeply. We all hold unconscious beliefs, patterns, fears, and desires that influence the way we live our lives. By bringing the unconscious to the conscious, we gain the power to grow. I am passionate about working with people who are ready to dive deep and explore their past, present, and future in order to build a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life. My approach is eclectic, taking on elements from attachment, emotion-focused, and person-centered therapies. I work mostly with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, non-monogamy, relationship struggles and faith transitions.
Opening up to someone else, or even yourself, can be hard. I offer a space that is compassionate, open-minded, and free from judgement. With time and trust, I hope to serve as a mirror, helping you see your own strengths and successes, as well as the barriers that cause you pain.
