With over 30 + years of experience and as the founder of the Center for Creative Psychology, I help women, men, couples, teens, and young adults address relationship stress, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and complex life challenges. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, sound therapy, dreamwork, and depth-oriented practices to support emotional balance and insight. I also lead unique therapeutic groups for men, women, and teens seeking empowerment, community, and meaningful support. If you’re unsure where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll cultivate renewed direction and a stronger sense of self.

I guide clients through challenging moments by helping them build practical coping tools, deeper insight, and healthier patterns in relationships and daily life.
