Accepting new clients! I believe you are the expert on yourself. I will collaborate with you to better understand and work through the challenges in your life so you can move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide you with the tools and insight you need to move beyond therapy with me and be able to resiliently address the problems that present themselves. I am personable, direct, and work to create a safe space for you to say all the things you're feeling out loud. Within that safe space, I will normalize, validate, reframe, and also gently challenge you when it feels needed and appropriate.
After struggling through my own infertility journey and the ripples it created in my life, I became passionate about helping others going through the same thing. I enjoy working with women of all ages, but especially women in their twenties and thirties. I believe it's because I found those to be some of the most challenging years in my life.
I became a therapist late in life after working for 17 years in the television industry, so I have a lot of life experience that informs my work. I know that asking for help can feel impossible at times, but I am here to listen and support you on your way to feeling like yourself again.
