My goal is to provide a space free of judgment to discover your strengths and use them to aid you through healing.
I will provide empathy, support and encouragement through life changes and challenges. I can help you develop strategies to deal with strong emotions, or help reduce the effects of stress through relaxation and mindfulness practice.
