Hello! I'm Jenni and I offer individual counseling services in Shawnee, KS. I am a neurodivergent and queer Filipina-American with a military childhood. I enjoy connecting with diverse clients and discovering our similarities and differences! I feel honored when working amongst those who value personal growth and inner healing.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma and will use an eclectic approach to therapy based on your individual needs. This could include improving your self-awareness, self-worth, emotion regulation, assertive communication, and/or interpersonal relationships.
Sessions are held in-person or virtually at Sakura Holistic Counseling, LLC. I am available on Sundays and Mondays from 2pm-7pm. I offer private/self pay, which can include FSA or HSA. If I can be a part of creating a safe and supportive place for you, please reach out and let me know!
