Grief Therapy Group
This group is for individuals with recent heartbreak and also for individuals who may have had loss during childhood. Grief may cause feelings of sadness, anger, loss and suffering. This group will provider a safe place to share, heal and find support from others who will show understanding. The group will be a cognitive contextual group using tools of positive psychology. The group will help navigate loss, build resilience and plan for the future. In this process, there also may be moments of laughter and joy.

Neuro-divergent Therapy Group
The Neuro-divergent Therapy Group is for individuals with ADHD, level 1 Autism and other neuro-divergent minds. The group will set goals and work together in an inclusive environment. Each client will focus on their own talents and strengths, aiming to ignite new ways of thinking, make connections to others, and find joy in shared experiences. Prior to the first group meeting, each client will have a consultation to ensure the group is a good fit.
