I work with people who've had a hard time connecting in therapy, whether you tend to shut down, don't trust easily, or just haven't found the right fit. My clients often say they're surprised how comfortable they feel, and how fast the time goes. That's not an accident. I believe the relationship is the foundation. Everything else builds from there.
I specialize in working with adults and teens moving through life transitions; the messy, in-between seasons that don't come with a roadmap. I also love working with couples who want to rebuild their connection, and I have experience supporting veterans and those who have been overlooked by traditional systems.
