I have a passion for supporting parents and families. I know first-hand how hard it can be to feel helplessly caught in a power struggle with your child when all you want to do is just love them. Being a parent can be beyond overwhelming and make you feel like a speck of dust but it can also bring intense fulfillment. There is no manual on how to parent since every child is unique. I hope to help parents and children to identify their own value, change how their view their relationships, and build safe attachments to those around them.
I specialize in working with entire family systems. This often means that if you bring in your child for counseling, you will likely end up getting some for yourself as well. Parents often need more support than their children, whether that's as an individual, a couple or the entire family. With the right support from caregivers, children can flourish.
