Jenni enjoys working with adolescents, college age, adults, and families. She sees clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational-stress, and other mental health issues. Jenni has extensive experience working with clients affected by emotional trauma. She is trained in EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Brainspotting, which she uses to help clients process through trauma. She has a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She also has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
Jenni loves providing therapy and seeing clients feel accomplished as they work towards healing. She strives to create a safe place in her office where clients may feel comfortable and understood.
