Often, therapists have a “why” for their work— a reason or experience that kicked it all off for them. My “why” is my family. We’ve dealt with chronic illnesses and know all too well the toll it can take. In our journey toward healing we found NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and our lives have never been the same. It has helped my family in countless ways and my goal is to train as many willing brains as possible! I truly believe healing must happen from a spiritual, psychological and medical perspective. I work with clients who are struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, motivation, focus, PANS/PANDAS, etc. In addition to therapy, I provide Neurofeedback to individuals, couples and families. I also offer Neurofeedback equipment rentals so you (and your family) can train your brains from the comfort of your home.
