If you've tried talking about it and it didn't quite stick, you might be ready for something different. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using approaches that go deeper than traditional talk therapy, including EMDR, art-based therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy. That last one is exactly what it sounds like: real healing work with horses, on a working farm in Elkmont, AL. For many clients, it reaches places that words alone simply can't. Whatever you've been carrying, however long you've been carrying it, I'm here to help you find your way through.
I offer individual and group therapy in person in Elkmont or via telehealth, with availability most weekdays and some weekends. I'm in-network with many major insurers, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Optum, and UHC, and offer a sliding scale because cost shouldn't be what keeps someone from getting the help they need. I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
