Using a client-centered, culturally responsive, anti-racist, intersectional and liberation-oriented therapy approach, I warmheartedly support you in exploring healing, resilience, and personal growth for emotional wellbeing. My clinical strengths include extensive experience supporting individuals, and couples, navigating: relationships, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, trauma processing (developmental, complex, sexual), family systems and parenting, creative blocks, attachment wounds, psychedelic integration, substance use and addiction recovery, burnout and sexuality.
