I work best with individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes in their lives. My ideal clients are people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want support in building stability, confidence, and healthier patterns. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences and want a space where they can feel heard, supported, and guided. I’m a good fit for clients who appreciate a direct but compassionate approach.
Welcome—I'm glad you're here. I believe therapy is a space where people can grow, heal, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been overlooked or overwhelmed. My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in helping you understand your patterns, build clarity, and move toward the life you want.
I’m currently welcoming new clients and offer online sessions to make getting started as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re navigating stress, rebuilding after setbacks, or looking for clarity and direction, I provide a grounded, supportive space to help you grow.
