I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, CSW professional who is passionate about substance use treatment and recovery as well as working with couples and families, individuals who are experiencing panic/anxiety disorder and depression. I have personal experience with recovery, and I try to apply that to my work with clients when appropriate. I feel that this unique perspective allows me to have compassion and a greater understanding of the challenges my clients face while navigating the stages of change.
In my therapeutic practice, my goal is to always create a comfortable rapport with my clients, to engage them in their own healing process, and to empower them to take action to reach their fullest potential. In my practice, I allow a safe space for that to take place. I offer therapeutic practices such as, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, and EFT.
I am passionately committed to facilitating healing and recovery to the individuals, families, and couples that I work with. I look forward to the challenges we will face together, and I have a strong motivation to bring about positive changes in my client's lives.
