Hi, I’m Jenna, and my areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, disability, and chronic illness. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients navigating coming out, family relationships, and chosen family. I have experience working with queer, trans, and gender non- conforming/gender expansive individuals. I work with clients to explore old patterns which may no longer be serving them and bring compassion and change to their lives.
My approach to therapy is deeply collaborative and rooted in building trust to facilitate a strong therapeutic relationship. In session, I use Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Theory from a strengths-based perspective.
