I offer in-person and virtual sessions for adults, couples, and families residing in California, and virtual sessions for residents of Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia. I am trained in IFS and EMDR therapies, and I integrate both of these modalities to catalyze change for clients. These are trauma informed approaches that address the whole human experience: thoughts, emotions, beliefs, relationships, physical sensations in the body, and spirituality.

My specialities areas include: trauma, grief and loss, life transitions (faith transitions, graduation, going to college, engagement/marriage, separation/divorce, retirement, changes in health status, caregiving), eating disorders and negative body image, addictions, stress and anxiety, depression and sadness.
