About
You’ve got a lot going on, and it feels overwhelming. Maybe you have too many choices and can’t decide what to do. I help individuals and couples reclaim their personal power and author a life story that is just right for them. Maybe therapy seems like something you don't "need," but you want to move from surviving to thriving and know something needs to change. You want to feel better and get some relief but are not sure how to get there. My approach is warm, collaborative, and directive. My first career was in the corporate world, and I bring many aspects of my business experience in to my work with clients.
I provide psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions & relationship-related issues. I am also dedicated to working with individuals and families who are navigating infertility, adoption, and the postpartum period. As a Professional and a Mother, I understand the stressors felt by most individuals trying to balance life's hectic pace.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you have been before, it can be overwhelming to share your story with a new person. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if I am a good fit.
