Hi there! I’m so grateful you’ve made steps toward your therapeutic journey and I'm even more honored to join with you on your path toward freedom and healing. I have had the pleasure of helping clients build stronger, more resilient relationships and grow through a variety of challenges including domestic violence, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, and behavioral disorders seen in children for the past 6 years.
I'm passionate about working with couples, families, children, and women of all ages and helping implement new ways of thinking. We will rework negative emotional patterns using empirically backed treatments through a Christian lens.
Outside of therapy, I am a wife and a mother to two children and two labrador retrievers, in which we love to spend most of our time outdoors hiking or somewhere with water.
