Welcome! I provide therapy to adults and couples/partners in the state of Wisconsin. I offer in-office, telehealth, and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions. In my practice I lean on curiosity, humor, somatic awareness, and your innate strengths to facilitate your growth. My approach to psychotherapy is holistic, which means we consider all aspects of your life: environment, community, culture, physical health, systems of oppression, and systems of support. When we talk about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we are also talking about the context they arise in.
In therapy we’ll focus on the issues that are important to you, and no topic is off the table. You are in control of how fast we move, and the work that we do. The goal of our work is to validate and honor the ways you have adapted to get by, and in the process, you'll create space to shift those old patterns into new practices.
