Are you feeling anxious, exhausted, or overwhelmed from trying to hold life together day to day? You're doing your best to keep all the balls in the air, but you can't remember the last time you got a break from the constant mental load? So many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, shame, and feeling like they have to keep pushing through no matter how overwhelmed they are. For a lot of us, these patterns are connected to earlier experiences of growing up in religious or high-pressure family environments where expectations felt rigid, and love, belonging & worth were conditional.
My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I specialize in religious trauma & anxiety, and I understand from lived experience how isolating, painful, and complex these experiences can be. As a yoga teacher, I also utilize somatic therapy, mindfulness and breathwork practices that can support nervous system healing and regulation.
In our work together, we can slow things down, breathe, and create a space that feels supportive, compassionate, and real. I believe the most powerful thing we can do in therapy is share our human-ness. We aren’t meant to carry life’s burdens alone. When you have a space to be honest and supported, that’s where healing begins.

Groups
Religious Trauma Therapy Group
Come together with others who have experienced religious trauma and find a supportive community to process experiences, and discover new ways to heal and recover from harm that was experienced. As a therapist with my own lived experience of religious trauma, my desire is to create a space of support as you move through the complexities of this journey. Community-based healing can help us feel less lonely and isolated in our experiences. Sessions will combine open and guided discussions, psychoeducation, coping tools, and reflective activities to build comfort, safety, & resilience, and discover pathways to personal growth and peace.
