Available day and evening availability! I became a therapist so that others may know that they are not alone. I want every person who enters my room to know that I am willing to walk with them in their journey. Our sessions are a place to feel fully seen, welcomed, and accepted. I want to sit with you wherever you may find yourself in life.

I am passionate about therapy and advocating for you and your mental health. I use strategies and techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, and Person-Centered. I enjoy sitting with you in your present experiences, while also acknowledging and processing your past experiences.

I believe we grow as we go along in our lives and that there is beauty in the messy and undefined. It may be uncomfortable, but I am there to sit with you in the discomfort. I am excited to see what growth may come from the goals we set in our future sessions.
