Do you feel fatigued by anxiety and intrusive thoughts? Are you struggling to engage in your life in the way that you desire? I am here to help you navigate the waters and live a life of meaning without allowing anxiety to dictate what you do. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety disorders. My area of specialization is treating individuals with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and BFRBs. I have received extensive training in ERP, ACT, CBT, and DBT and have ten years of experience in the mental health field.
What we know is that those strategies you’ve likely been using to manage anxiety (avoidance, compulsive behaviors, hair pulling, rumination, etc.) don’t work in the long-term! We will work together to gradually face your anxiety head on. Overtime, this will teach your brain that you can tolerate discomfort, and live a fuller life!
If you would like to learn more, please feel free to contact me directly to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. You can also find more information about me and my practice at schlosspc.com. I look forward to connecting!

OCD Psychoeducation and Support Group
I co-facilitate a virtual OCD psychoeducation, empowerment, and support group for clients ages 21+ alongside my colleague, Jaclyn Scandinaro. The purpose of this group is to provide education, skills, and empowerment to OCD sufferers. The group is open to individuals who are newer to treatment or those who have been in recovery for many years. Clients are required to be on-camera during the group and must be located in the State of Illinois. The group meets on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm CST and requires a 6-week commitment.
