Jenna is trained in exposure and response prevention and exposure-based therapy techniques to help individuals that struggle with anxiety, OCD, panic, phobias, and eating disorders/body image concerns. While exposure therapy can sound scary, all work is individualized and conducted based on the client’s values system and done in a systematic and supportive way. Additionally, Jenna is passionate about working with individuals that struggle with PTSD, relational trauma, narcissistic or emotional abuse from partners or family members, codependency, and relationship attachment difficulties.
Jenna is certified in advanced EMDR and uses an integrated approach of EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems (parts work), and somatic (body) based techniques to best serve the needs of her clients who have experienced trauma. Jenna’s number one goal is to always help clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
In her spare time, Jenna enjoys being a mom, spending time with friends and family, cooking, crafting/creating/refinishing home décor, kayaking, and hiking.
