Hi, I’m Jenna! I am a licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist in Colorado and Florida and will soon be licensed in California. Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they work through stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence struggles, and depression.
