Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, mindfulness practices, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT, I’ll help you process past trauma/childhood experiences, regulate overwhelming emotions and create more balance in negative/unhelpful beliefs about yourself.
My passion is helping adult individuals, teens and couples who struggle with anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationship issues, and traumatic experiences. I believe that therapy works because I’ve supported countless people just like you.
