I specialize in working with femme and queer millennials from alcoholic, narcissistic, and other dysfunctional family systems. As an attachment trauma specialist, I help those who grew up in dysfunctional families to break out of toxic family patterns, create more secure partnerships and friendships, and reconnect with their passion for life.
Our work together will be centered around a relational approach, as our relationships provide the playground for dynamic growth to occur. I also bring in psychodynamic, somatic and cognitive behavioral methods to support comprehensive trauma healing. Sometimes, I might recommend EMDR if I feel a more targeted approach is needed to resolve chronic symptoms.

Consultation & Process Group (Licensed Therapists)
This is a group for licensed therapists offered by an LPCC and LCSW with combined 20 years experience in a variety of settings. We offer peer-led, collaborative, and respectful clinical consultation and processing. We meet weekly via virtual conferencing. Our participants utilize various clinical orientations, leaning towards psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. We are accepting new clinicians for on-going participation.
