I am passionate about working with those struggling with addictions, substance use disorders, and the LGBQ+ and trans/gender nonconforming communities. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic space where you have the freedom to explore and challenge every part of yourself, free from criticism or judgement. Whether you are at an impasse in life, experiencing difficult emotions, or repeating destructive patterns of behavior, I would be honored to sit with you and work progressively toward change and betterment. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, shame, anger, guilt, transitions, gender, and sexuality concerns.
I practice from an existential-humanistic theoretical approach and believe change can be achieved through connecting with another human and getting to know our authentic selves. My ultimate goal is to accompany and support you as you learn to connect with every part of yourself while tackling the obstacles keeping you from the life you deserve and want.
Your world may be set up in such a way that you rarely take the time to process who you are, your core values, what is meaningful to you, and what you want from this life. I emphasize the importance of responsibility, decision-making, and self-compassion. I would be honored to take this journey together. Please reach out today, and let's get started!
