You don’t have to keep having the same fight over and over. When your relationship is hurting, it affects everything — your mood, your sleep, your confidence, and even how you show up at work, with friends, or with your kids — but it doesn’t have to stay this way. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in evidence-based methods that help couples learn to listen, speak, and respond to each other differently.
While I am also currently taking individual clients as well, I am especially passionate about helping couples navigate relational distress. So many partners feel stuck in cycles of misunderstanding, distance, or resentment but don’t know how to break out of them. You can heal patterns instead of repeating them.
In therapy, we’ll slow down and explore what’s driving those reactions — the unspoken fears, hopes, and needs beneath the conflict — and begin building new ways of relating that create safety, understanding, and connection.
